The infinity will break almost all lightning immunities in the game, your merc should be capable of taking down most of the remainder. Additionally you'll want to get to 117fcr for lightning and chain lightning breakpoints. Also required is a source of negative enemy lightning few from griffons eye, facets, crescent moon runeword, or the 4 item bonus on the orb from tals set. It is also the most expensive as infinity is for all intents and purposes required. This is in my opinion the most powerful of the three builds. Infinity is not required but will up your damage immensely, as well as let you invest far less into cold mastery, even possibly letting you get away with whatever is on the orb. Focus on the fire skills as that's where most of your damage will come from. This build goes very well with a full Tal's set as the orb gives a cold skill damage bonus and a negative enemy fire res bonus. Because you're spreading your points across 2 trees you'll need a generous helping of +skills. You'll be maxing Frozen Orb, Meteor, Fireball, with the rest to spend as you see fit. She is the most versatile of the three as she's the only one that's dual element. She can kill all bosses quite well and can magicfind for tc87 goodies in the ancient tunnels, where there are no natural cold immunes. She's also the most bang for the buck as she does not require best in slot gear for her purposes. She's extremely powerful but the least versatile of the three.
